The staff were rude, service dragged, and my room was dirty. It fell short of even basic expectations, and for what it cost, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

Food was the letdown for me. Both the taste and the way it was served felt very basic, almost like a PG. The receptionist was really nice, though, and the room was quite good with clean bedsheets. I visited this year after the COVID restrictions eased. There were good and bad points, but aside from the food, I had a really good experience. Great hotel and awesome hospitality. The TV wasn’t working at the time, though I hope they’ve fixed it since.

The room condition was pathetic, and the staff weren’t supportive. They also didn’t give me a bill or receipt for my stay. There are many better options nearby, so stay here at your own risk.

Make-Mytrip showed the room for Rs. 400 a day as non-refundable. After I booked and arrived, the property asked for another Rs. 400, leaving me to lose the first amount or pay extra. I called Make-Mytrip, and despite the non-refundable booking they refunded me right away. Still, when you’re already tied up with travel, having to contact support and wait is a hassle. Avoid this property at any cost. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or reputed guests. This hotel is a big fraud, so be aware.
