I was impressed by how honestly and professionally the staff and management handled a lost item. After checking out, I realized I’d left my Apple AirPods in the room. I called nearly 8-10 hours later and asked them to check again. They found the AirPods right away and arranged an Uber parcel to return them to me. That kind of genuine honesty and customer care is rare, and I really appreciated it. Special thanks to the owner and the entire management team for their integrity. I also had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blue Heaven. The room was clean and well maintained, the washroom spotless, and the overall hygiene and comfort were excellent.

The hotel is good, but be alert when booking a sightseeing car with the tour person sitting at reception. After you book, he may change the price without properly informing you. Get confirmation from the hotel before booking.

The staff were very cooperative, and the rooms were excellent. I stayed for 7 days, and the food and service were amazing, especially from Mr. Manipal. It felt like a 5-star experience!

They were polite during check-in, but after that the stay felt like being taken advantage of. I couldn't order my favorite food through Zomato, and they charged extra for a bedsheet that had stains, saying the stains weren't their fault. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The room felt unhygienic, and there was constant noise. The bathroom leaked and smelled bad. They advertise room service around the clock, but whenever I asked, no staff were available. The restaurant's exterior says it's pure vegetarian, yet the menu also included non-vegetarian food. A terrible stay.
