Lovely Studio apartment 1-bedroom with small kitchen and pool

The main person, MR SHAKTI SINGH, tried to help us, but the staff under him didn't listen. We had rude service, poor cleanliness and hygiene, and people seemed to ignore our requests. I won't visit again. We stayed almost six days, so I know what I'm talking about. On arrival, a guest was yelling at reception because he'd been hurt somehow. The person who showed us to our room told us to ignore him. The first night was fine, but bugs started showing up in the room the next day. The cleaners only dusted and refused to change the bedsheets, saying daily cleaning included dusting only. We were out sightseeing the next day. When we came back and ordered food from Ozous, they kept forgetting items, and what they'd already brought went cold while we waited. On day three the AC stopped working, and our room wasn't cleaned despite repeated requests. We were tired and let it go. The next day, trash had piled up, and they still didn't send anyone to clean, though they did send AC repair staff. By day five there was even more trash, food orders were still being forgotten, and the AC went bad again. No repair person came that time, but the AC started working on its own. I have pictures of the trash and bugs.

This doesn't feel like a hotel, more like an apartment, and there's no reception. Other hotels operate in the same building, on separate floors. You have to call the person in charge, who gives you another number, and the calls go on from there. Don't let the building in the pictures fool you. We had breakfast included for two, but got one paratha, literally just one, and a small serving of poha. There was no choice, and an extra paratha cost more. When we had an evening train, there was no cloakroom to leave our luggage. They offered to store it somewhere else if we paid extra. Pathetic place to stay. I'd avoid it if you don't want your holiday spoiled.

They charged 200 per person at check-in even though we'd already paid when booking. We were also charged for Wi-Fi and TV, but neither worked. Complaining got us no response. The room was very dirty and the bathroom wasn't good. Breakfast was just one paratha per person, so don't book the breakfast. The staff were very bad too. I'm a professional traveller, and this was a very bad experience. Don't book based on the big building.

The staff wouldn't help with a room change or cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and dusty, and old food had been thrown out the bathroom window, leaving a terrible smell. The room itself was dusty and muddy, like it had been shut for months, and the locks didn't work properly. It was so unclean that I couldn't even sit comfortably. A pathetic booking experience.
