The staff's behaviour was very unprofessional, and there was no hospitality. The surroundings were nasty, the hotel was one of the dirtiest I've stayed in, and even the blanket wasn't good. I wouldn't take my family here. There's no zero or minus star option, but this is a third-class hotel. There are plenty of other affordable places in that area, so look around there instead.

We had insects in the water, including water bugs, as well as ants, cockroaches and houseflies. The toilet fitting was broken, the TV didn't work, the room lock had a safety issue, the lights cut out often, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. Complaining upset the owner. The hotel offered room changes, but the same problems were common in all of them, and the stay could ruin your trip. I request that you avoid this hotel, or others of this type. June 2025.

The rooms were cosy, the washrooms very clean, and the staff so polite. The food was extremely delicious too. We had a really good experience, thank you Royal Sanj and Khamma ghani restaurant.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel was reasonably priced, and it was easy to get to Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Jantar & Mantar, and Hawa Mahal.

We were a group of 40 tourists and had a wonderful two-night stay at this reasonably priced hotel. Getting to Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Jantar & Mantar, and Hawa Mahal was easy. Mr Avdesh Singh Ranawat was especially helpful and cooperative, suggesting things to do around Jaipur and more.
