The people managing the hotel were very polite, and for 550-600 the rooms were good for the price. The food in the muslim community nearby was good, though I can’t be sure about its quality. The place itself is hard to find and not in a good location. The washrooms weren’t that good, and the building’s electrical connections need checking. It could use more decoration too, there’s room for improvement.
The receptionists were smoking hookah when I arrived, and acted unprofessionally, telling me to stay if I wanted or leave. OYO had promised an AC room, but the hotel refused, and the bed was awful and dirty. The rooms were in poor condition, and the location didn’t feel safe. The positive responses seem to be from the owner’s friends.
The rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel members gave great service while I stayed for one weak. I’ll stay here again next time. Love it!
Think twice before checking in. The guest house is far from Sindhi Camp and the Railway Station, and the surrounding area didn’t feel safe at night. The service is cheap, they don’t provide GST bills, and rooms booked through OYO are much cheaper. Watch the pricing.
The staff were courteous and took good care of us. The rooms are spacious for an affordable price, and the complementary breakfast was good. The bus stand is very close, within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.
