Everything felt fresh and welcoming, and the property was impressively clean. The staff were attentive, cooperative, and always willing to help with a smile. The hospitality was top-notch, with care and professionalism in every detail. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay that I’ll remember.

The location made sightseeing and getting around easy, and it was good value for money. My room was neat and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and the service was prompt. I had a great stay.

The air conditioning barely worked and was extremely noisy, so getting to sleep was almost impossible. Our room also didn’t match the advertised pictures. The carpet was stained, the furniture worn out, mold was around the bathroom tiles, and the bed was uncomfortable with sheets that didn’t feel clean. Service was shockingly bad. Extra towels took hours, housekeeping skipped our room one day without explanation, and staff brushed off my complaint. For what I paid, I expected basic comfort and professional service. Instead, I felt ignored and frustrated throughout the stay. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was so disappointing that I felt I had to. There are plenty of better options, and I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel unless it makes major improvements.

The hotel wasn’t very nice, and the staff misbehaved with us and our driver. We’d booked a room for him too, but at midnight they told him to leave and sleep on the roof. They said it would cost 500 rs to stay in the room, even though it was free. Restaurant service was very late. We boiled hot water in the kettle and saw cockroaches in it. The bathrooms had a lot of pesticide, and the stool was completely damaged. They tried to scam us, asking 2600 for a room that was supposed to cost 1400. I don’t recommend booking here.
