Our Agoda booking had been confirmed two days earlier, but by 11pm there still wasn't a room for us. They wanted us to squeeze into a twin-sharing room even though we'd booked a super deluxe room with a king size set up. Food wasn't available either, and the surrounding area felt unsafe, with dirty, broken roads. There wasn't even a sign showing the property's name. The person at reception had to ask whether we'd booked Oyo, treebo or Fab, since the same property was listed under different names on several booking sites. The staff seemed sick/uneducated. This was a horrible experience. Please stay alert and avoid booking these unknown hotels.

We were well attended and the service staff were all prompt and courteous. Everything was good, though the in-room amenities could use improvement. A chair, tissue paper and room freshener would have been appreciated.

The facilities were good quality, and I noticed the care put into the details. Fab Hotel had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made the ambience feel enchanting during my stay.
