I was already anxious through my whole stay while in town for an exam, because service and amenities were lacking. The hotel itself wasn’t good either. Mr. Ishan promised to return the extra money I’d paid by mistake, and I asked him numerous times. He kept promising but never returned it. Worst experience ever.

Checking in late at night left me stuck here, otherwise I’d never have stayed. The room was dirty, the bedsheet was filthy, and there was hair all over the bed. The pillow covers looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. There was no bulb in the bathroom, and the flush didn’t work properly. When I asked for a clean bedsheet, the staff were rude and only changed it after I spoke to the manager, who wasn’t helpful either. Calling it a horrible experience doesn’t even cover it.

The location was amazing, and the service was osm. The house was just right for what we needed, very clean, and they provided plenty of cleaning supplies to keep it that way.

The spot is handy for the Ajmer highway and local market. Rooms were tidy, with modern facilities, and the amenities were good.
