The room and washroom were clean, and the hotel staff were very nice. Really excellent service, and a very nice hotel.

The staff argued with me and said I had to pay for the breakfast, even though I didn’t know whether it had been eaten. I ordered breakfast, but the hotel staff never gave it to me, then added it to my bill. I complained to OYO, but they did nothing. I’m sorry to say this hotel isn’t for families, and they changed too much.

They lock the hotel gate before midnight, giving the place the feel of Tihar Jail. There’s no ventilation, hospitality, or service, and the staff have no brain. One of the room’s two doors was locked with a Local Link Lock, like a BULAND DARWAZA, so you couldn’t open it. You can’t get a second blanket because the first one is Very Big. The washroom has two holes for LakeSide View. 😂 Stay Away from Scary Stay!

There was no parking facility, and the staff behaved very rudely. I booked through booking.com, but when I arrived they said no room was available because they don’t follow the prices and policies applied by booking.com. Worst hotel, worst place.

I’ve never seen a worse hotel. It’s a PG, not a hotel. You can’t go out after 10.30 PM or come back before 6 AM.
