Mr. Shekhawat, the manager, was nice, and the restaurant stayed open around the clock. But room service was very poor, and getting anything done took patience and repeated follow-ups. The bed wasn't comfortable, and there was seepage around the wash basin. There was no electric kettle anywhere except in the kitchen. One day, they gave us hot drinking water in a plastic bottle. The food cost a lot for the portions, and breakfast wasn't a buffet. During my three-day stay the choices were sandwich, poha, Aaloo parantha, and poori sabzi, and it was cold. I wouldn't suggest this hotel for a visit.

The location near Ajmer highway felt very safe, and I found the hotel good value for money. The room was comfortable, the food was awesome, and the staff provided excellent service. The reception manager was especially nice and helpful. I'd recommend it for families and tourists.

The room walls weren't plastered properly, and the room smelled bad. The bedsheets were dirty, and they gave us tap water in a branded bottle as a complimentary drink. Breakfast was a buffet with only one dish.

The food was the best part, really tasty and with very low prices. The reception guy was very good, and the service was excellent. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel is in a good location.

We stayed at your hotel from 4 February 2018 to 8 February 2018. The food was good and the rooms were cosy, and we were treated warmly. There was a minor service issue, though. If you improve the service department, everything else is good. Warm regards, Pradeep Kumar Saksena, New Delhi.
