I've been staying here for three years, and it's been very good for cleanliness, service, and staff behavior. So much has changed in front of me over that time, but the way the staff treat people hasn't. They look after you like one of their own.

Rajputhana Diaries has a welcoming feel, with clean, cozy rooms and polite, helpful staff. The Jaipur location suits tourists and business travelers alike. Right next door, the restaurant serves delicious, authentic dal baati and Rajasthani thali, definitely worth trying during your stay.

The room we got was nothing like the one shown when we booked, and the place was poorly maintained and very dirty. The sheets were visibly soiled, the walls stained, and the room lacked basic amenities. There were no toiletries, napkins, toilet rolls, or drinking water. Most power sockets didn't work, which made charging devices a hassle, and the bathroom was unclean and smelled bad. Staff paid no attention even after I pointed out these problems, with no prompt help. The property doesn't live up to the standards it advertises online. It was an uncomfortable, frustrating stay, and I'd strongly recommend avoiding it until cleanliness, facilities, and service improve significantly.

A disappointing stay for the price and the ratings shown online. The room didn't match the online pictures, and the bed sheets were dirty, the walls stained, and the bathroom filthy. There was no drinking water or toiletries, most sockets didn't work, and staff stayed unresponsive despite repeated complaints.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were cooperative. Amenities were good, the location was good, and parking was available.
