The bedding was filthy too, with a stained, torn sheet and a very dirty blanket. They hadn't cleaned the floor or changed the mattress, and the lights didn't work. The room and bathroom were both extremely dirty. With a bar right on the first floor, it didn't feel safe at all, especially for families. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stopped in for a couple of beers. The beer was fine, but the place was so dark and grubby, with insects crawling around everywhere. It reminded me of an old working men's club in the UK, and didn't feel like somewhere for women.

The hotel's location was the one good point. Inside, the corridors smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the room cost too much. Even the water bottle they gave us didn't look genuine. The receptionist was unpleasant, and the crowd at the bar made the place feel unsafe. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it, particularly to female travelers.

The prices are reasonable, and they have beer and wine.

I stayed with friends at shimla hotel in jaipur in April. It was handy for getting to the city center and nearby attractions, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. But the room was dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned either.
