Sunshine Hotel by OYO Rooms

The staff were extremely rude and spoke to customers badly. I had booked through makemytrip and arrived in the morning, but they wouldn’t honor the online booking and demanded cash. They refused to give me a room, so I went to another hotel and told someone at makemytrip what had happened. One of the worst hotels in Jaipur.

The owner talks abusively to customers, and the staff are really bad too. The room quality was poor. The owner says one thing on the phone, then asks for different, extra money when you get there. Don’t trust this hotel.

We booked accommodation through oyo for 8 people at ekash residency( oyo 63137), but they refused to provide the rooms. The staff were very rude and told us to go our own way. We asked several times because our group included senior citizens, who would have had difficulty finding somewhere else, but the hotel still turned us away. The details were discussed by phone and verbally. I’d advise people against staying here. oyo should ban such an unwelcoming, rude homestay.

They accept online bookings, then refuse to give you a room when you arrive and ask for more money. Being left to find another hotel at odd hours makes the situation awful. I think they do it deliberately to get extra money.
