I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect basic courtesy or service. Staff were rude, seemed unprofessional, and didn't know how to guide or help guests. They wanted the full payment up front, but after that, even drinking water or refreshments meant repeatedly chasing them. I had to ask again and again for even small things, with no sense of responsibility or hospitality. The place felt badly managed and understaffed, and wasn't worth the money. It was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn't send anyone here who wants a peaceful, comfortable stay or respectful treatment.

I lost my whole day over this. The hotel was dirty throughout, from the washroom to the floors, and there was no proper help from OYO when I tried to get a refund.

The room wasn't clean, and even basic washroom items were missing. Its condition was poor, and the staff and service seemed affected by alcohol, with people appearing drunk.

Mera paisa doob gaya. I booked on 25 January for my family of 17, but they won't refund me. They don't speak properly, don't resolve issues, and there's no cleanliness or anything. Sab bakwas, they caused me a loss.
