I booked two rooms, and both had broken bathroom locks, dirty, unhygienic washrooms, and poor-quality towels that seemed used. The tea came in a plastic bag before being poured into cups. Customer care offered no solution. The owner may call this another fake review, as they've done with others, but I wouldn't recommend this place to any family. Think carefully before booking, or choose another 3 to 4 star hotel, or even a 5 star one, as the owner advised in earlier reviews. Don't waste your money.

The location is right on the road, with good parking, and the property is under CCTV surveillance. Staff were cooperative and supportive. The rooms were clean and had the amenities I needed, including a smart TV, AC, wardrobe, and good drinking water. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hygienic place to stay in jaipur.

The food was really good, service better than average, and a few people were helpful and nice. But there was no water in my room. I called twice and was told they'd called the tanker. All I got was two buckets to use for everything, and the tap was still dry the next morning. I'm glad I filled those buckets. The heat in the room was hard to bear. It wasn't set up for hot weather, so I had to run both the AC and fan continuously.

A good budget hotel, with a bar on site and a supermarket and other stores nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well arranged, and the washrooms are clean too. The staff were helpful and very courteous.

They checked me out themselves at 7 AM and submitted their own five-star rating, apparently because I planned to leave a lower one after a poor stay. I think all the ratings are fraudulent, and this place is a trap. The staff service is third class. There was no warm water. They have a solar hot water system that doesn't work, but they don't mention that because they want you to check in.
