At Super Townhouse Chandpole Metro Station, formerly Hotel Raghuraj Palace, the room was in poor shape, the bathroom was unclean, and basic amenities were missing. The AC didn't work, Wi-Fi was down throughout my stay, and although an extra bed had been promised, none was provided. Staff just said they couldn't arrange one and showed little interest in fixing anything. The online photos are misleading, the place looks nothing like them. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The staff kept insisting I pay an extra 400 per day, even after I showed them the amount on my booking. This kind of treatment is why people lose trust in online reservations. bookings.com and Agoda should remove hotels like this to protect their genuineness.

The rooms were dirty and unmanaged, with various stains on the bedsheets and around the room, plus a strange smell. What you get is worse than the pictures, and they falsely call those rooms "company provided." This feels like a scam aimed at tourists. Don't book here.

We arrived at 10 pm on 20 dec, after paying part of the booking amount in advance, but the hotel was full and had no room for us. As a girl, trying to find somewhere else that late was really difficult, especially with my exam the next day. Booking through OYO was one of my biggest mistakes. The hotel told me to ask OYO for a refund, and OYO hasn't responded.

The food was a highlight, with lots of delicious options, and the location made nearby attractions easy to reach. Check-in was especially good and left me feeling welcome. A very satisfying stay.
