Vista Rooms At Bani Park

Mr. Anuj Singh, the manager, was professional and friendly, and helped make sure everything went smoothly. The staff were helpful during my stay, and the rooms were comfortable. Hotel Bani Park is in a good location in Jaipur and seems like a solid, affordable place to stay.

I wasn’t happy with how they treated guests. For a place in the service industry, they came across as stubborn and unwilling to accommodate people. Strict rules shouldn’t get in the way of good service.

The stay was great, and the staff were lovely. All the services were good, and everyone behaved so well. Definitely worth trying.

The hotel looked cultural, the staff were polite, and cleanliness was the one thing it did well. Beyond that, this was by far our worst hotel experience, despite having stayed in many places. Basic facilities and proper service were missing, with only a towel provided. They controlled the water heater and electricity centrally, so you had to notify them 15 minutes ahead to get hot water, and only at a set time. If you need to leave early in the morning, that’s a big no. Lights were turned off when you went out and switched back on after you returned, but only if someone was available. We had to wait for someone before we could get into the room. The mirror was set so high that only taller people could use it. It felt like profiteers with no proper proposal on the table.
