The room was awful, and the people were rude and unpleasant. They didn't refund the money, wouldn't cooperate with us, and treated us very badly.

The rooms were clean and the location was nice, but the staff were greedy and the front desk guy really needs to be more welcoming if he wants people to come back. It was just average. If you're paying 2k a night, you can honestly find better places.

This isn't about staying at the hotel. Around midnight, I urgently needed to use the restroom, and they let me in straight away without any trouble. They were kind about it too. Thanks for helping me out.

The bed wasn't good, the place was dirty and smelly, and the service wasn't good either. There was no hot water. At 2 o'clock, someone knocked on the door asking for a cumble.

I only gave one star, and that was generous. The room wasn't maintained well: the phone and tube light didn't work. Staff later fixed the phone but never the tube light, so I used the night lamp in the room. The food was bad and very overpriced, and roadside shops have better food. I'm giving another star for the owner's apology after he forgot I'd paid in advance. I booked directly with him on WhatsApp, paid for a day ahead of time, and reminded him before leaving Bangalore for Jaipur. Still, when I arrived from Bangalore by flight, the hotel boys hadn't been told about my room. I had to wait in reception from 3:30 am until 6:45 am for a room I had already booked and paid for. That felt very unprofessional and not businesslike. I visited in December, during tourist season. I managed because I'm a bachelor and could sit patiently on the sofa for three hours early in the morning, but would that make sense for a family with elderly people? There are better options in Jaipur. I'd also suggest avoiding Jaipur during the season, since hotels are packed and most seem to have three or four checkouts a day.
