The property is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the ambience and good-looking rooms reflect Jaisalmer’s heritage. But the service was a letdown. Staff seemed lethargic and uninterested in helping, and the reception didn’t answer despite several calls. For a hotel of this stature, that’s unacceptable. Maintenance also needs attention. The television didn’t work, the bathroom fittings were faulty, and there was no hot water, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The food was average at best. Checkout was a hassle and left a bad taste at the end of the trip. The management needs to seriously address the service.

The location was convenient for getting to Jaisalmer’s major attractions, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The food was delicious, especially the local Rajasthani dishes. From the moment we arrived at Deoki Niwas Jaisalmer, the welcome was warm. Staff were very polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a traditional Rajasthani touch and a royal feel. The comfort was excellent and the basic amenities were well arranged. I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend Deoki Niwas to anyone visiting Jaisalmer for comfort, good service, and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely visit again!

The desert camp was a lot of fun, and the service was great across all the locations. The food was fresh and authentic every time we ate. The owner and staff treated us like family. One of the best hotels in Jaisalmer, and a lovely place to relax and enjoy your time.

Everything was quiet in this part of town, and the rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and working AC, just as the pictures suggested. The pool was clean and breakfast was good, too. It's an attractive, well-kept hotel with kind, helpful staff, and an easy walk to everything Jaisalmer has to offer.

It's an old property, but a beautiful one, with good food and a nice vibe. Mr Jwar ji, the owner, was there to host us. Gopal singh and Bhom singh from FnB really stood out for their hard work and humility. Thanks, and keep upgrading.
