Gaji Jaisalmer Guest House

The rooftop gave us great views of the city, fort, and sunset, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Food was excellent, too. We had a wonderful family stay with my wife, mother, and our two young kids. I booked directly after reading lots of positive reviews and speaking with Mr. Gaji. He helped plan the whole trip around our needs and expectations while keeping to our budget. From checking in at 2:30 AM to arranging the city tour, Longewala tour, and desert safari with a camp stay, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I'd genuinely recommend Gaji’s hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were very happy with the elegant family room and its cute little nooks. There were four of us, my wife, our two boys, and me. I highly recommend this hotel, which also has a rooftop restaurant with direct views of the fort. Barkat was especially helpful. He quickly carried our luggage upstairs and made us comfortable, arranged a fairly priced taxi that arrived on time for the airport, and made sure breakfast was ready quickly for our morning flight. Another gentleman there was very helpful as well. The service staff were exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay, and the terrace restaurant has great views. The food was good, freshly cooked, and very economical. The owner was good, though the bellboy wasn't very quick. The rooms look beautiful, but the bathtubs aren't well maintained. The hotel is on a very small street, so getting a vehicle in is difficult.

The trip package was reasonably priced and well planned, with a desert camp included, so we didn't have to worry about the details. Pickup and drop-off from the railway station were smooth and hassle-free, too. The staff were outstanding, polite, helpful, and ready to assist. Gaji Hotel helped make our Jaisalmer visit memorable, and I'd recommend it to families and anyone visiting. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the washrooms were neat, clean, and well maintained.
