We were exhausted when we arrived around 5 PM after a long trip with my wife and 4-year-old child. Our booking had been confirmed two days earlier, but the manager hesitated and said no rooms were available before offering a very small one. We had already paid and had no real option but to stay, and none of us could sleep because of the traffic noise from the flyover right beside the room. The room was in terrible condition: gutkha stains on the walls, dirty sheets and pillows, an unhygienic washroom, and blood stains on the mattress. They said the TV was under “cable maintenance,” but I later found that was just an excuse. Not recommended, especially for families. For the same budget, Hotel Golden Afreen is only 50 meters towards the highway, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and a lift.
The location was convenient, and I found the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities. I stayed for for 3 days with my fiance, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. It was a delightful stay, and the hotel is couple friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality.
The room, bed, and bathroom were all messy. There weren't proper lights or fans, and no bedsheets or blanket were available. There was no room service either. The amount shown when booking isn't what they charge at the hotel, where they ask for extra money or tell you to cancel right then. Fraud, be careful.
The receptionist was very unprofessional, and the overall experience was bad. They gave us a used sheet with visible mucus stains, then took 3-4 hours to bring a clean one even after we complained. Avoid this hotel if you can.
The room at Hotel MB International was cramped and smelled stale, with stains on the carpet and dust and grime on the furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked unchanged for days. There were stray hairs and crumbs on the pillowcases. In the bathroom, the sink was clogged, mold sat in the shower corners, and the towels were threadbare and stained. It felt more like a rundown motel. The amenities were broken or missing. The AC barely worked, so the room was stuffy and unbearable at night. The TV had only a few channels and the remote was missing half its buttons. Wi-Fi was so slow it was practically unusable. When I called the front desk, they said, "We’ll look into it," but nothing got fixed. The mini-fridge was warm, and the coffee maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Maintenance clearly isn't a priority. The food was terrible, the location awful, and the staff unprofessional. Between the filthy rooms, poor upkeep, and broken amenities, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I regret every penny spent and strongly advise against staying here. There are much better budget options, so save yourself the frustration.
