The food was awful, the rooms weren't clean, and service was poor. Staff were rude and didn't seem in the mood to talk. The rooms I saw were much plainer than the royal-looking ones shown on Google. This is a fake three-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

The hotel's location is so good that it earned my four stars, and the rooftop is the best part. I've stayed here twice with a group of five families, though the experience varied. Service and staff behavior were satisfactory on the first visit, but on our second stay the staff behaved noticeably worse and left a negative impression. The rooms and attached toilets also have no proper ventilation or exhaust, making the air unpleasant and uncomfortable. They should improve the basic facilities and keep service standards consistent.

The only good thing was the rooftop view of Sonar fort. The food had no taste, the rest of the service was pathetic, and the rooftop was full of uncontrolled drinkers. The service was ultra bak-was.

The fort view is really good, and the hotel is clean and close to the fort. There's a lift, and it seems suitable for a stay with family or friends. I'd rate it 4.5, overall very good.

Once we saw the rooms, we went back to another hotel. They were unclean, and the walls were filthy with lots of cracks. I travel a lot, but this was the worst hotel experience I've had. For me, it deserves zero stars.
