The staff were caring and flexible. They even let us have some outside food at their terrace cafe. The hotel is barely a kilometre from the fort, so it’s easy to get around. The rooms were clean, and the washroom was clean too, which sadly isn’t easy to find at this price. I’d definitely recommend it for a budget stay near the fort 👍🏼

The rooftop restaurant had great food and a close-up view of the Fort walls. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, near everything, yet quiet and restful. Our room was attractive, the bed comfortable, the hot water worked well, and the staff were very helpful. Very good value for money, highly recommended.

I was traveling with my spouse and kid, and we were left stranded in an unfamiliar city because of the hotel’s unprofessional attitude and greed. Our confirmed online booking was non-refundable, but they wouldn’t cancel it on their end or give us a room. I can’t understand why they hadn’t updated their availability on Goibibo if they had no rooms. The whole experience was pathetic, and I wouldn’t trust them with a stay. Before booking online, I called to ask about prices and availability. They quoted 10k for one night, while the online rate was lower, so I booked a room through Goibibo for 5300 rs and received confirmation. The hotel wanted me to book directly at the higher price, but I chose the online booking. On check-in day, staff called to say they were sold out and wouldn’t let us check in. They asked us to cancel through Goibibo. When I refused, they said to come to the hotel and they still wouldn’t give us the room. I said I would escalate the matter and file a police complaint. They replied, do whatever you want. I escalated it to Goibibo. After a long wait and many calls, I managed to get an alternative booking at another hotel. My itinerary for the day was completely disrupted. I appreciate the Goibibo team for sorting it out, but I’m appalled that a hotel can ruin your plans by refusing a confirmed stay. Beware of these fraudsters. Money matters, but commitment is what drives a business. If they can’t keep their word over a few thousand rupees, they’re unworthy of doing business. Think about being stranded in an unknown city because of hotel staff’s greed and unprofessional behavior.

Teenagers run this hotel, and they seem immature. There was a lot of noise in the hallway and the service was the worst. I’m disappointed I wasted 4000 inr on such bad service.
