Mr. Roshan and Ramesh treated us like family, and the whole staff was warm and attentive. This was another gem of a stay as a lotal guest, and we can't wait to return when the city of temples calls us again. Country inn & Suits was pure bliss, with lush greenery, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views. Our room was spotless, modern, and cozy, just what we needed for a good rest.

We waited over an hour after ordering before being told the items weren't available. The food service felt completely unprofessional, and housekeeping only cleaned the room after repeated follow-ups. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel today. Service standards were far below expectations, and this showed serious mismanagement and little respect for guests' time. Not recommended.

I loved this hotel and feel lucky to have stayed there. The rooms had elegant décor, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was high quality. Thanks to Mr Nasir Mohsin and supervisor Mr Nadeem.

We're staying in room 206, and although the food and service are good, they won't switch the AC to cooling. It's February, but all the units have been set to heat, leaving the room stuck at 25 or 26. They say we can accept that or turn off the AC and manage without ventilation because "Pura hotel isi temperature pe set hai". That seems like a clear lie, since reception is cooler than our room. I'm supposed to wear heavy jewelry and lehengas to a wedding, so this is especially uncomfortable. For a premium hotel to be so stingy with basic AC and say they can do nothing isn't fair.
