They upgraded one of our rooms to the Executive category, and it was much bigger than a standard room. The hotel and rooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and the market is very close. Staff were cooperative and responded well. A comfortable stay with good service.

The stay at the hotel was good, and the resort was great. A few things could be improved: the resort food, and a doormat for the camp tent. Please keep a high chair for small children in the restaurants at both the resort and hotel. If possible, add curtains around the rooftop restaurant so people can sit there and enjoy dinner when it’s very cold.

Mr. Tejwani, the owner, is polite, helpful, and very good with guests. The hospitality was nice and I had a pleasant stay. The food was nice, though average overall. I took off a star for the location and pricing. Jaisalmer is small and hotels are clustered together, and you can find the same hotel at very competitive prices.

We booked a three night package for 29-31st December, 2019, and both the hotel and resort were excellent, especially the resort. The staff there were cooperative, caring, and helpful. Mr. Rishi is a very gentle and nice person. We highly recommend the resort. Nitin Lamba

Mr. Rishi ji treated me like family and was such a kind owner. The food was nice, the staff polite, and my stay in Jaisalmer was one of the best. Thanks for everything you did for me. One suggestion, please provide an electric kettle in the rooms.
