Lemon Tree Hotel Jamnagar

The food was excellent, with plenty of choices on the menu, and room dining arrived promptly. Everyone I dealt with, from the front office to housekeeping and the restaurant, was courteous and ready to help. There wasn’t a single mistake in the service during my stay. There were a few things to address: the treadmill in the gym has been out of order, and I’d reported it a week earlier. The hotel doesn’t have facilities beyond the gym, so that needs to be working properly. The internet and smart TV had problems for a couple of days, but Mr Sandeep sorted them out. The flyover makes the location unpleasant, and because the rooms aren’t soundproof, guests should be asked to keep the noise down in shared areas.

The meals were delicious, fresh and nicely presented, with enough variety for different tastes. Throughout my stay, the front office, restaurant and housekeeping teams were attentive, polite and quick to handle requests. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived, too. The rooms are finished to a very high standard, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After staying here, I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else in Jamnagar. I’ll always try to stay at a Lemon Tree again.

The beds were really comfortable, and our room was both spacious and very clean. We also had excellent food in the restaurant. Lemon Tree hotels are usually dependable for quality, and the staff here were friendly and helpful as well. We like having natural light and a view, but only a few rooms in this hotel seem to have that. If it matters to you, make sure to request one.
