We stayed in a spacious super deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, a clean and hygienic washroom, and AC that worked really well. The hotel and restaurant were very nice, and the staff were respectful and helpful. The restaurant had good food and beverages, and the charges were very reasonable. The small courtyard is beautiful, with plants, fountains, and sandstone art on every wall. It's excellent for families. I'd stay here again when I visit Jaisalmer.

The fort-facing balcony was a highlight, and the rooms were roomy and well kept. Hotel Neeraj is right across from Jaisalmer Fort, so getting around for sightseeing was easy. We found the place clean, the food tasty, and the staff kind and quick to help. Our room had thoughtful basics like a geyser, bottled water, towels, dental kits, tea and coffee maker, and TV. AC and Non-AC options suit different budgets. We were very happy with the hospitality, especially for the price.

We had a really good stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they even provided two extra mattresses. There was a kettle with tea and coffee powder, plus two complimentary water bottles in the room. Service was good too.

They sorted out our desert safari at Sam Sand Dunes, and the whole arrangement went smoothly, from the transport to the camp. I had a great stay at Hotel Neeraj, Jaisalmer. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and looked after well, and it's conveniently close to Fort Jaisalmer Circle. Staff were polite, genuinely helpful, and handled things without fuss. A good pick for an easy stay and a well-organized safari.

JP ji helped arrange our trips to Tanot Mata Mandir and the Indo-Pak border, and the hotel also booked our car. For the night we spent at Sam Sand Dunes, they organized a cab for the whole night, which made our travel much easier. My best friend and I chose to stay in the city for our girls' trip, and Hotel Neeraj, with its 44-year history as one of Jaisalmer's oldest hotels, worked out very well. We felt safe and comfortable throughout, and all the staff were helpful. On our final day, owner Mr. Bhatia ji was warm and kind, and offered us a free ride to the railway station. Family-friendly and highly recommended.
