Marriott Jaisalmer feels like a serene retreat amid the desert, with a majestic, almost surreal atmosphere. The property brings together Rajasthani character and modern style, and the spacious, carefully designed rooms are comfortable, with touches inspired by the Thar Desert. The staff were attentive, graceful, and professional, and the welcome was warm. Service, cleanliness, and management all felt flawless to me. It's a remarkable luxury stay in an unexpected setting, and I'd recommend it to anyone who values elegance, privacy, and high-end hospitality. I look forward to returning.

The reception could have made us feel more welcome, and we waited over an hour for check-in and check-out. A more alert and informed reception manager and a quicker process would have improved the visit. Even so, our stay was fantastic. We were there from 13th-15th February 2025 on our Rajasthan holiday. After a tiring but wonderful journey, choosing this hotel was one of our best decisions. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the food was delicious, and the restaurant, housekeeping, and support teams were excellent. Breakfast was a feast, with lots of choice and attentive service. We're grateful to the restaurant team, including the server, butler, chef, and manager. I accidentally left my belongings at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, but Pritish Kumar and Rajesh Shaw followed up and coordinated their safe return. I really appreciated their honesty and dedication. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout, and our stay was comfortable. We had a warm welcome, the ambience was beautiful, and the food was delicious. A memorable visit with great people. Highly recommended ❤️🌟

The dining service was a pleasure, with Ansu and Laksha attentive, courteous, and always smiling. We also felt genuinely welcome thanks to Satyendra, Sandhu, and Parvez Khan, who took care of the details so smoothly. Marriott Jaisalmer is beautiful and well maintained, combining the royal charm of Jaisalmer with modern comforts. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Great comfort and hospitality, highly recommend.

We spent five days at Marriott, Jaisalmer. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the property is well cared for. Housekeeping, room service, and hospitality were top notch. Breakfast had a lovely spread, with lots of vegan, non-veg, and gluten-free options. And a big thank you to the Chef for the amazing Jaggery Cheesecake. Must must try!
