For what we paid, the service was pathetic. The bathroom door only locked from inside, there was no phone in the room, and no glass or flask either. Whenever we needed water, towels, a mattress, or anything else, we had to go downstairs to ask. The sheets were stained and didn't seem properly washed. Just one person was handling requests for all the rooms. At 7:30 in the morning I had to wake him to ask about hot water, and the geyser worked on and off. Breakfast still wasn't ready at 8:20 because the cook was asleep. It was only poha, bread, tea, and coffee. The staff were very rude. I was given just half a teaspoon of butter for my bread, then asked if I was finished so they could take it back for other guests. At checkout the next day, the staff member was asleep on the sofa by reception. He didn't wake up or bring our luggage down. We left the room keys on his sofa bed, and he went back to sleep. All this after they made us pay in advance at check-in. Other hotels take payment at checkout. With this service, how can they call themselves a 3-star hotel?

Karim Khan ji was very helpful and can arrange desert camping, which is classy, though it isn't included in the OYO package. The staff behaved quite well, and the rooms were fairly clean, but they didn't match the standard of other hotels in the same price range. The toilet was clean too, though it could have been tidier.

The staff were very cooperative, cleanliness was good, and they were following Covid protocols. The rooms are decent and it's a good hotel. Parking is very small, so you'll have to leave your car outside on the side road. There's plenty of space there, and most people in Jaisalmer park on the road.

The owner was cooperative, though there was some confusion about the breakfast meal. The rooms are clean and nicely designed, but small and cramped. There's no almirah, locker, or ventilation, and a lot of noise comes in from the alley.

The hotel itself is clean and decent, and the manager behaved well. But there's no Wi-Fi or water, and the TV was in bad condition with poor signal. They also charge a lot extra. Don't book tourist places through the hotel package, as they cheat you and take lots of extra money. The manager said he'd drop me at the station for free, but once we arrived he charged me 200 rupees for just 2.3 km. Please don't go there.
