The location is great, close to the main road and within walking distance of most tourist spots. The rooms are beautiful, and I spent a lot of time at the rooftop restaurant, which is very well maintained. Prem and Bharat bhaiya make the best chai, and they’re always smiling. Everyone was so welcoming and warm, especially Narendra bhaiya, Durjan, Ranjeet bhaiya, and two or three others whose names I’m sorry I forgot. They were always ready to help with anything and did it with a smile. My stay contributed a lot to a great solo trip. I recommend this place to everyone planning to go there, and it’ll be my regular stay whenever I visit again. :))

The staff made this stay especially nice. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Pleasant Haveli is also in a handy area for getting around, and my room was comfortable. The atmosphere felt calm and pleasant, and I really enjoyed my time here. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

The rooftop is a lovely spot to unwind, with a view over the city, and the food includes freshly made local Rajasthani dishes as well as familiar Indian options. I found the whole place peaceful, and its traditional haveli design gives it a royal feel while still offering modern comforts. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, good lighting, and well-kept bathrooms. Housekeeping kept the property very clean. Staff were courteous and attentive from check-in through check-out, and their hospitality felt sincere. The hotel is conveniently placed for Jaisalmer Fort, the markets, and other main attractions. With the calm atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and heritage character, it felt like good value. A good choice for families, couples, or solo visitors looking for a traditional, relaxing stay.

The owner was so helpful with our itinerary and all the things we asked for. The food was finger-licking good, and the rooms were top notch. Everything is within easy walking distance too. Best of all was the desert safari to khuri, what an experience! If you're coming to Jaisalmer, choose pleasant Haveli. We were very happy.

The rooftop restaurant was the reason we picked Hotel Pleasant Haveli, but it was a big disappointment. We were given dirty glasses, and when we asked for clean ones the staff were rude. The Chilly Chicken was far too salty, and the recommended Chicken Pakoda was uncooked, so eating there felt unsafe. We told reception, but they said outside food couldn't be brought into the room. It was already 9:30 PM with no delivery options, so we had to go out late and eventually found good food at Hotel Prince. The rooms and bathrooms themselves were clean, the check-in went smoothly, and there was good parking in a convenient location. Still, the poor food and restaurant service made the stay uncomfortable.
