Mr. Kuman singh went out of his way to help us when we got stuck at kuldhara village with an unexpected problem. He got us out within half an hour, which made the stay amazing. The fort view from the perfect rooms was amazing too, and both the food and service were great. All the staff were so helpful and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable. Excellent stay, and I’d recommend it to our peers visiting jaisalmer.

We were so happy to celebrate New Years at this hotel. They organized everything beautifully, and the food and DJ music were amazing. The food throughout our stay was incredible too, and we never wanted to leave. Our room was in a quiet part of a somewhat busy area, so we slept peacefully. The rooms were big and clean, with hot water, and the hotel interior was clean and pleasing as well. All the staff worked hard to make us comfortable, and it was lovely meeting such a nice crew. This was one of our favorite stays in India, and we’ll definitely come back if we get the chance.

We stayed at Rupal Residency for six days, and it was the highlight of our Jaisalmer trip. My husband, our 20-month-old son, and I found it easy to balance a comfortable stay with toddler needs. The team were warm, attentive, patient with our unpredictable schedule and messy meals, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our spacious suite gave our son plenty of room, and the property was so clean we felt at ease while he played. The Godavan Rooftop Restaurant has one of the best views of the Jaisalmer Fort we’ve seen. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the kitchen was happy to help with child-friendly, less-spicy food. The Fort and local markets are a short distance away, so we could sightsee and get back in time for his afternoon nap. Sandstone architecture and modern amenities give the hotel a palace feel, while the service still feels intimate and cozy. I can’t recommend Rupal Residency enough for families, especially with young children. We felt looked after all six days and can’t wait to return.
