Happy Stay Rooms and Cottages

The water was unreliable, sometimes unavailable and otherwise at very low pressure, which made basic needs difficult. Parking was also a serious hassle, with hardly enough proper space to park safely. The room wasn't clean, the bed and furniture felt old, and maintenance overall was well below expectations. My stay at Happystay in Ooty was very disappointing and not worth the money. I hope management takes the room condition, parking, and water supply problems seriously and improves them for future guests.

There was no hot water in that cold place, and the bedsheet and blanket were dirty. They charged 300 extra for checking in 2 hour early. At the same price, you can get a better room elsewhere, so don't book this happy stay cottage.

This was a very basic place, okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for anything beyond that. It's at the dead end of the whole colony, and there was no phone service to call reception, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed something. Cleanliness was okay.

Everything was in good shape, from the hot water and TV to the bed sheets. The rooms were excellent and budget friendly, and the location was convenient. Room service was excellent too. The reception service manager was helpful and had a positive attitude. Strongly recommend it for that home service feel.
