The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and there’s a restaurant in the hotel. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. It’s also close to all the main places. I strongly recommend it.

Our first honeymoon trip with vinayaga Inn gave us unforgettable memories. The front office executives were always ready to help with information about hidden places to explore, and the staff made us feel comfortable. The room ambiance and service were great, and hospitality was very pleasant. Thanks to vinayaga Inn by Poppy, and special thanks to House Keeping Executive Mr.Manikandan.

Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices, and the food was homely and delicious. The service was top notch: when we asked, they fixed the broken hand shower right away. Staff were polite and gracious throughout. We stayed at Vinayaga Inn from 21st Oct-25th Oct and had a great time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well furnished, though there was sometimes a bad smell coming from the toilet.

We had a two-day stay in a suite room. It was spacious and comfortable, the staff were generous, and the service was top quality. Breakfast was great too. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ooty.

Rooms 105 and 106 at Vinayaga Inn, Ooty, connect to each other, which worked really well for our family group during our two-night stay. The hotel management suggested this setup, and it helped everyone stay together. Staff gave us a warm welcome and were very polite and helpful, especially when they arranged our e-pass for travel to Ooty without any trouble. Good service and a convenient location. A very good place to stay.
