We spent one night here as a couple, and choosing Thar Tribe Hostel was a real regret. The room was filthy, like it hadn’t even been swept, and there were pan stains on the walls. The bathroom was in awful shape and smelled and looked unpleasant. The property was nothing like its description. It needs serious cleaning and maintenance. Based on our stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The pickup we had booked and confirmed for the train station never came. After waiting, we had to walk there at night, which felt stressful and unsafe. The rooms were visibly dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the shared areas were neglected too. Between the poor upkeep and completely unreliable transport service, our stay was disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, with family and friends, and the staff have been friendly and quick to respond to what we needed. The rooms were neat and clean, and the place felt very secure for girls travelling. They provide good facilities and respond well to requests. Worth checking out in Jaisalmer.

Our balcony looked out over the desert at sunrise, which was magical. The rooms were spotless, and the hospitality was warm. With its traditional feel and modern comforts, the place felt like a home away from home. Must visit.

The fort view from the rooftop is stunning, and it was easy to meet other travelers thanks to the relaxed vibe. We booked a desert safari through Thar Tribe Hostel, and it was unforgettable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A great place to stay in Jaisalmer for an authentic, memorable visit.
