We tried the pool villa for one night. Its pool was large, clean, and cold, and there was a separate entrance from the bathroom, a thoughtful setup. The food was very good, though our half-board menu stayed the same for all four days and got repetitive for our group of four, including a teenage boy. More choices would help longer-stay guests. At check-in, the staff welcomed us and explained the property, and service was excellent from the start. Our room was spacious, while the large washroom was clean and well kept. Housekeeping were kind and attentive. Scenic Munnar Hotel gave us a comfortable stay with great food.

The welcome at check-in made me feel at home: the staff applied a traditional tilak to my forehead and served tea with tasty tapioca chips. They were professional, and gave me a short tour while explaining the property. My room was spacious, with a surprisingly large, well-maintained washroom. The food was superb throughout, with lots of variety and authentic flavors. I had a wonderful stay at Scenic Munnar Hotel, with excellent service and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for a Munnar visit.

The staff made the holiday easy and stress-free with attentive, friendly service, and the meals were a highlight, from Kerala flavors to a wide selection of well-prepared dishes. Scenic IHCL SeleQtions sits among green hills, with misty mountain views that made mornings feel especially peaceful. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. The property felt carefully maintained and clean, with an elegant but warm atmosphere that suited Munnar’s natural setting. Everything during our stay ran smoothly. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and memorable views in nature.

The restaurant was a real highlight, thanks to the staff, who made the experience excellent. Rustam and chef Siri Hari were brilliant. Concierge Palani also arranged lovely trips outside the hotel, tailoring them to us and sharing invaluable local knowledge. He was wonderful. The rooms at Scenic Munnar are modern and clean, though the WiFi signal drops when you go between buildings on the property. Locally, it feels like one of the best hotels, though it isn't a European five-star. We had such a good holiday that we extended our stay.
