The rooms were spotless, the food tasted good, and travel arrangements were comfortable. The team handled everything from pickup to drop-off, and I’m especially grateful to Shakil bhai, Yusuf bhai and Malik Ji for all their help around the city. Everyone connected with The Tokyo Palace, Jaisalmer was so supportive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay, definitely a five star experience for us.

The owner made this stay memorable. He speaks excellent English and Japanese, and was kind, welcoming, and ready to go out of his way to make us comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful, charming building close to the fort, a handy base for exploring. It was extremely clean and well looked after, and we loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace. The food was delicious too. Highly recommended.

Ali and Choka really made our visit special. They were professional, kind, attentive, and always greeted us warmly, doing more than expected to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and service across the hotel was smooth and careful. The property itself is spotless, beautiful, and well maintained, with a calm, luxurious feel from the moment we arrived. Our stay at Hotel Tokyo Palace was wonderful from beginning to end. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The location was convenient and peaceful, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet the hotel stayed quiet and calm after a day out. My room was spacious, spotless, and kept fresh by attentive daily housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean, and everything worked as it should. It had the amenities I needed. Mr Yusuf khan and the other staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. As a solo traveller, I felt looked after. The hosting was amazing, and Hotel Tokyo Palace exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay again on my next trip. My stay was truly nice from start to finish.

The rooftop cafe was a real highlight, with a wonderful panoramic view of Jaisalmer fort, especially at night. There’s also a decent swimming pool for families and kids. I was very delighted to be here, and the room cleaning was awesome.
