We booked family rooms for four of us, and found the price reasonable. The room and bathroom looked good. This wasn’t the worst place for us, despite what many reviews say. It seems suitable for middle-class families, as long as you’re not expecting luxury or premium standards.

We didn’t check in because the rooms looked nothing like the online photos. The staff were cooperative and tried to help by showing us other rooms, but those looked old and poorly maintained too. The bathroom was particularly disappointing.

The rooms were so dirty I could barely breathe. The hygiene was awful, and the service was useless. They couldn’t even provide a water bottle. Please don’t go.

Check-in took a long time, and even after the wait our room wasn’t ready. We got no towels, and the cleanliness was terrible. The service was poor, with rude, careless staff, and everything seemed mismanaged. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Don’t waste your money here, there are plenty of better hotels around, and this one should be avoided.

We waited to check in, and the room photos on the sites weren’t trustworthy. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with dirty pillows and blankets. We booked two dulax beds but got one double bed and one single bed that looked like a khatia. An auto driver said this was a red light area, though I don’t think that’s true. It might be okay at a low price if you can adjust, but don’t expect much. I was very disappointed.
