The person who introduced himself as Sanjay told me online OYO bookings only get the basic room, without AC or TV, even though the app showed both. OYO didn't help either. Don't book this place blindly, visit first. Worst experience ever.

Clean room, good staff, and quick service. Thanks to all the OYO team members, it was a good experience.

The tap didn't work, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The rooms weren't clean either.

The room photos didn't match what I found, and the staff were the worst. The sheets and blanket were torn, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Wifi didn't work in some parts of the building, and even where it did, it wasn't good. When I complained at reception about the torn bedding, they said I should have checked before booking and that they didn't care. Strictly not recommended.

The hotel didn't feel safe for someone staying alone or for women, and security wasn't good. There was no drinking water factory. The rooms were average and not as clean or as pictured, all the door locks were broken, and the hot water tap didn't work. The hotel staff were very rude, especially the slim guy at the court, who was part of management.
