Best Western Plus Jalandhar

The rooms are great, but service fell short. We were a little late for dinner and didn't make a fuss, yet the wait tested our patience. Restaurant staff weren't very efficient, and the breakfast buffet could use a better selection.

After housekeeping cleaned the room, my brother's AirPods went missing. We asked the front desk for help, but they treated it casually and made no real effort to resolve it. It felt like they didn't care at all. The phone in the room barely carried anyone's voice and didn't work properly. When I called back just to check whether my order had gone through or whether I was being heard, the staff member got offended and answered rudely and defensively. From arrival, the front desk employee was rude and openly disrespectful to my father, arguing instead of listening to our concerns. We later learned he was new, but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic hospitality or professionalism. There was no respect for guests or their belongings. The worst hotel experience I've had. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were very cooperative. I had a wonderful stay at best western plus jalandhar. Thanks Enakshmi and kulwinder ji for making it a good one.

I'm adding to Diamond's review because Google won't let me reply, and I don't want anyone else to get the service I did. The hotel offered a room change only the day before checkout, after I'd had a 5 or 6 night stay dealing with WiFi problems and what I felt were lies from management and reception. So when they say I declined a room swap, please consider the full story. They waited until the day before checkout to offer it. The rooms are substandard, the WiFi doesn't work, and the staff are rude. Management makes false promises and doesn't keep them. Nobody should book here. Radissons is across the street and offers 10/10 service and facilities.
