Hotel Plaza Inn

The only thing I liked was the convenient location. The rooms and service were far below standard: the bathroom flooded, taps were broken, bedding was dirty, and the electric kettle was damaged. The receptionist was especially rude and unprofessional, and the staff’s attitude made this one of my worst hotel stays. I booked three nights at ₹1700 per night. Check-in was at 12 PM, but I arrived around 7 AM and was first told early check-in would cost ₹400. At checkout, they charged me an extra ₹1200 without properly explaining why. That felt unreasonable and like either a major communication failure or exploitation. They didn’t clean the room during my three-day stay, not even the dustbin. This place seemed focused on money and lacked basic hospitality. I’d strongly advise corporate clients and other guests to think twice before booking.
