There’s no room service or caretaker, and at night you’re left on your own. Even in an emergency, there’s no help from the hotel. The AC and heater didn’t work in any of the rooms, and they wouldn’t bring hot water in a bucket even when asked. A very bad hotel.

The photos on Google make the rooms look nice, but the hotel itself was a disappointment. The AC hardly works, it’s not clean, water sits on the balcony, and there’s no food service. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much better options in Mahabalipuram. 😩👎

The rooms are poor, service is nonexistent, and the place always seems empty. The pool was very dirty, and the online photos are all very old. It’s not worth the money, so please don’t choose this hotel. If you pay in advance, they won’t refund you. Come at your own risk.

The garden gives the hotel a cool, pleasant feel, and it’s very close to the beach. The front gate opens onto the busy main road, while the back gate leads to the beach road. My room was clean and well kept, with a large bathroom, and it was comfortable enough for three people. The pool was inviting, though it needs better cleaning. The room felt cramped with two chairs and a broken table, and the small TV was awkward to watch from the bed. The restaurant seating area is also small, with a very basic menu. Breakfast was plentiful, but there were only two main dishes and one juice. For the price, it’s a decent place to stay in Mahabalipuram.
