Worst experience at Villa A22. There was no heater, the villa was dusty and unclean, and the AC didn’t work. Both rooms lost power all night. We called the bill people; one came and left, saying he’d bring an electrician, but nobody showed up by 11 the next morning. Everyone suffered and slept in the hall. The owner and staff are responsible. I wouldn’t choose this villa for a stay, especially with family.

We stayed at A22 villa and found rats all over the property. There were 20-25 of them in the kitchen and bedrooms, and with nowhere else to sleep we spent the night there. When we told the owner, he said it was common because there’s a graveyard nearby. Don’t come here, it’s full of rats.

There were more rats than people in the villa, which had 12 guests. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the terrace door was broken and left open. When we raised that with the owner Selva, he said the terrace shouldn’t be used. At 6 on Sunday morning we asked for a refund. He wouldn’t give one, but offered complimentary breakfast for everyone, which we turned down because we thought they might serve rats for breakfast. When I asked them care taken to let me speak with the owner Selva, he said there was no need to speak to them and told us to get out. The villa was awful. Don’t go to Villa A22 unless you like rats, lizards, cockroaches, and maybe snakes if you get lucky.

The security staff at the main gate were very polite, but my stay at ECE STAR VILLAS, VILLA NO : A22 was the worst experience I’ve had. The villa photos looked perfect when I booked, but once there I felt like I was inspecting it for defects. The agent said the living room AC would be fixed, and the caretaker removed a frog from the pool. They said they’d resolve the problems soon, but I don’t believe they will. There were frogs in the swimming pool, which was supposed to be private, and the safety and privacy were poor. The main entrance’s left side was open, and someone outside could move the curtains and walk straight to the pool. The living room AC leaked water indoors. The ground floor bathroom ventilator glass was broken, so someone across the way could see inside, and the tap barely ran. I used a piece of wood to cover the broken glass. The living room door had no lock, so anyone could enter from outside. Upstairs, the door was broken and couldn’t be blocked. In the third bedroom, the oversized door wouldn’t lock and the side curtains were broken. In the second bedroom upstairs, the AC didn’t work properly at all, and there was no remote. We had to climb onto the bed and press a button on the indoor unit to run it, but it switched itself off after half an hour. The first bedroom was on the ground floor.
