Siva Residency

The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the hotel seemed badly maintained. My room wasn't clean either. A very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money.

The staff were very rude, and the AC didn't cool. They provided water bottles, but they weren't chilled. There were no towels, soap, or shampoo. Can't give zero.

There was no lock on the washroom door, so what are we supposed to do when someone is inside? The air conditioners weren't good either. This is the world's worst hotel, with the world's worst owner of siva. The service was so bad that when we called, they told us not to disturb them. They also showed municipal corporation people. If I were a travel agent, I'd tell everyone that I am one.

We had an awesome family stay at Siva residency. The balcony room had an excellent sunset view, and the main road location made the property easy to reach. They provided safe parking for our car. The staff were attentive and helped us order food and find tourist attractions. The service was excellent.
