Dream Lounge

Mr. MANISH stayed in touch from the time our booking for 20 people was confirmed until our stay was over, and the service before and after was more than we expected. The staff were polite and always willing to help or make special arrangements. The night-time coordinator even made tea or coffee late, and nobody frowned when we asked for anything. We were also allowed a late checkout. The rooms were clean and well kept, including the sheets and blankets. The smart TVs meant the kids could watch things online, and the prices were reasonable. A small request: liquid soap in the washrooms for bathing and handwashing would be more convenient. Thanks to Mr. MANISH and his staff for making the stay comfortable.

Dream lounge was very quiet, and I had an excellent stay. The bathrooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff spoke very politely and helped whenever I asked. If I come to Jalandhar again, I'd definitely stay here.

I arrived at 11:35 p.m. to find the receptionist very drunk, rude, and unable to check me in. The room had no blanket, towel, TV, or any of the arrangements it should have had.

The staff were awful. I booked online through the Oyo app for two people, but when I arrived they wouldn't let even one person in. They said there was only one Prasanna Aalu and that I'd been misled. They also demanded extra money and never refunded what I'd paid. I wasn't even allowed inside. They sell food and drinks at double the price too. They charged me 40 for a string that costs 20. Totally fraudulent staff.
