Hotel 24x7 Inn

The towels were left wet on the bed, water had spilled on the side tables, and only one of the six electrical sockets worked. The TV was there, but its screen was broken and it didn’t work. When we contacted reception, the staff were rude, careless, and no help at all. There were no apologies, solutions, or accountability. We paid ₹4,200 for three rooms for one night in Jalandhar, and the conditions were awful. One room opened onto a balcony that couldn’t be locked from inside and could be reached from other rooms and outside. It felt unsafe, especially for families and women, so I had to move out of it. In the other rooms, the sheets were stained, filthy, and clearly hadn’t been washed in ages. The bathrooms were revolting: trash was still in the bins, the commodes hadn’t been cleaned, and the lighting was so dim it felt like using a public toilet in the dark. There was no exhaust fan or ventilation, and no hygiene at all. I booked in a rush without reading the reviews, and regret it deeply. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, with shocking neglect and mismanagement. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, overpriced, and unfit for people to stay in. To me, it’s a scam in the name of a hotel. Please don’t book it, even in an emergency. Save your money, peace of mind, and dignity. Never think of staying here.
