The rooms were neat and clean, and the place is nice to stay at, about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Tea at 25 is very expensive and should cost less. There's no restaurant to order food from, so you have to use Zomato.
The staff were cooperative and the service during my stay at Hotel Karma In Jalandhar was very good. It's a really budget hotel, with lots of food options nearby. There isn't a food facility inside the hotel.
Mr Rajan at the front desk is excellent. Whatever I asked for, he took care of it. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have TV and AC. The food is good too. Markets, shopping, and banks are all nearby, and it's really good value for the price. I highly recommend it and will definitely come again.
The rooms were good, but they weren't up to standard and the AC wasn't working. We asked the staff about it several times, but he didn't respond.
Most of the rooms are damaged, and it seems they aren't investing in fixing them. They should renovate. Food isn't offered, so you have to order through an app or something, and they overcharge per room.
