Jalandhar Guest House By OYO Rooms

I visited during November, 2024. The rooms smelled unpleasant and foul, and the bedsheets were dirty and stained. There was no room service. The washroom was dirty, foul-smelling, and unhygienic, with a broken toilet seat and flush, and no hot water in winter. The air conditioner was dirty, smelled bad, and didn't work. They charge extra cash to replace bedsheets, blankets, or pillows, as stated in the guest house rules. The way they treated guests was very bad-mannered and disrespectful. Please think carefully before going.

The staff were good and the location was also good, but the place was just okay. The rooms, bathroom, and blanket were dirty, and it was expensive at 800 rs. for one night. There was only kne person looking after the property. I'm sure they'd get good bookings if they cleaned the guest house. Meat and chicken shops are nearby, so the smell is all around the place.

The room was quite good, and I really liked the service. The staff behaved excellently. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were good, and the room service was good too.
