They offered me a fan room even though my booking was for a deluxe room, and it was no good. The manager was rude. When I arrived, they charged more than the OYO price. They didn't offer drinking water; when I asked, they said there was no cold water, even though a fridge was just beside his cabin. I was ready to check out in the morning, but the manager started walking around the room and asking me to leave almost 40 minutes before checkout. The staff weren't polite at all. This is the worst place to stay. Don't ever stay here.

I checked in on 20th January at 7 pm and left at 11.20. I've stayed at many OYO hotels and usually had a good experience with cleanliness, and it was good here too, though they need to pay more attention to hygiene these days. The property is good for a stay, the staff are good, and the service was up to the mark. The atmosphere was helpful.

I stayed here for one night. They charge for bottled water, and the manager misbehaved, calling me names like "shana". When I asked about the room and toiletries hygiene, he said I was acting like a kid. Don't pay in advance, pay only after you get the room. They charge even for a 10am check-in, so be careful. Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel.

The beds are good quality, and the food is good too, all at a reasonable price. This guest house is close to the main road and costs less than other hotels in Jalandhar.
