We arrived at 9 am and paid 1000 rs, but at 8:30 pm the hotel owner demanded more money. Our train wasn't until midnight, but we had to leave because of the unfair extra charge. Please don't go there. They don't value your time and want money for every extra hour. It felt like a total scam.

Suri Guest House is close to Jalandhar city railway station and was a convenient, good-value stay, especially since I arrived by train. The welcome was warm, and it seems suitable for short or longer stays. My room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a television. The bed was comfortable, and the decor felt homely. Staff were attentive and friendly, helping with local travel arrangements and suggestions for nearby attractions. They offer room service, laundry, and 24-hour security. Local markets, eateries, and transport are also close by. With its comfortable rooms, location, and service, I'd recommend Suri Guest House to people visiting Jalandhar, particularly those arriving by train.

We stayed here a few days ago while we were in the city for medical tests, and had a great time. The staff were good, especially the guy at reception.
