We had a power outage and there was no backup, which was the only downside. Still, the stay was wonderful, and I’m happy to give it a great rating. We arrived very late at night, but the receptionist, who was also the owner, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly friendly. The rooms were neat, attractive, and well maintained, with clean beds made up nicely. They had tables, chairs, a working TV and AC, cute little lamps, and complimentary water bottles. The bathroom was spacious with hot running water, and liquid soap was provided, so we didn't need to bring our own. Everything was organized and comfortable, and it's clear they took care setting up the rooms. I'd definitely recommend it!

There are useful places nearby, including a Barber, Kulcha king, and a Confectionery. From the Main Road, you can reach dhabas, and there are Snacks in the evening. The reception person was quite good. If you speak patiently, they can persuade you and provide a room at a price, with AC and NON AC options. This is very useful for SSB Candidates.

I needed somewhere to stay for a few hours after surgery, and had booked the room through the Oyo app. When our taxi reached the location, the owner said there were no rooms available. He already knew but didn't bother to tell us. It wasted our time and money, and the service was very disappointing.

After booking online, the hotel manager Neetu kept all the money in my wallet and my ID card as security. He said I'd get them back at checkout, but he didn't refund the money or return my ID. When I asked for them, he shouted at me and threatened me. This felt like a major risk, and my experience with the hotel was very bad and upsetting.

We arrived with family at about 11:30 pm after booking online, and he refused the booking. He wouldn't even open the gate. It was the worst experience of our life.
